Dr. Jasmine Sauceda is a Texas native, chiropractor, and birth worker devoted to supporting women, babies, and families as they move through some of life’s most transformative seasons. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Texas Lutheran University and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University.

Her work is rooted in both education and lived experience. As a lifelong student of the body, Dr. Jasmine has spent years studying the science, philosophy, and art of chiropractic, both inside and outside the classroom. She has attended 25+ chiropractic adjusting seminars and completed Birthfit training focused on women’s health, pregnancy, and postpartum care. Her learning is ever-evolving, guided by a deep curiosity about the nervous system, movement, and the body’s innate ability to adapt and heal.

Before chiropractic, movement was her first teacher. As a former collegiate basketball player, and through practices like rock climbing, yoga, and running, she developed a deep respect for the body—not just in how it performs, but in how it communicates. This perspective now shapes the way she cares for others: with patience, presence, and trust in the body’s wisdom.

Dr. Jasmine’s heart is especially drawn to birth work. Supporting mothers through pregnancy, postpartum, and into motherhood is some of the most sacred work she gets to be a part of. She believes women deserve to feel seen, supported, and safe in their bodies during these seasons and that when a mother is cared for, it ripples into the entire family. Her care for babies and children is just as gentle and intentional, honoring the early development of their nervous systems and creating space for ease from the very beginning.

Her approach is not about fixing, but about listening. Creating space where you can show up fully, authentically and vulnerably is at the center of her work. Through gentle, nervous system–focused care, Dr. Jasmine walks alongside you as you reconnect to your body, your story, and your capacity to heal.

Her intention is simple: to help you come back home to yourself, and to support you in living a life that feels more connected, more grounded, and fully your own.
